Press & Media

Members of the media are invited to cover All In for New Orleans, a weekend of service and celebration marking a new chapter for the city in conjunction with the inauguration. Media credentials are required for access to designated events, interviews, and press areas. At this time, the Media Credentialing deadline has passed. The All In For New Orleans team is reviewing submissions. All applicants will be notified of their status ahead of the events.

Media Credentialing

All media representatives seeking credentials, interview opportunities, press materials, or event access must complete the Media Credentialing Request Form.

The Media credentialing deadline has passed. All submissions are being reviewed and members of the media that applied will be contacted regarding their status ahead of the events.

Submission of the form does not guarantee approval. All requests will be reviewed, and only approved media representatives will be credentialed.

Approved applicants will receive confirmation and additional instructions via email. Please click the button below to apply for media credentials.

Media FAQ

  • All members of the press, including journalists, photographers, videographers, and content creators, must be credentialed to access designated media areas, interviews, or press opportunities.

  • No. Submission does not guarantee approval. Credentials will be issued at the discretion of the event organizers.

  • Approved media will receive information outlining which events and areas are accessible based on their credentials. Access may vary by event.

  • Credential pickup will take place on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
    Pickup location details will be emailed directly to approved media.

  • Late submissions may not be accommodated. Media are strongly encouraged to submit the form by the stated deadline.
